Subscriptions:
Peritus requires customers to complete a Stanadrd Product Order Form when purchasing a Product.
This form only contains information that is relevant and necessary for providing you with quality service and
support.
In order to provide product upgrades from time-to-time, the customer is asked to submit their
email address. The customer's email address is used to contact the new customer and is placed on our mailing list.
Peritus maintains a mailing list to provide information about our services and to keep customers up-to-date
with product development and support issues.
You can choose not to receive any future emails by sending us an email, at any time, requesting to be
taken off our mailing list. By sending such an email you will also be revoking your right to product upgrades,
as they occur.
Accuracy of Information:
Peritus relies upon customers to submit accurate personal information. We also rely on the customer to maintain
